About Barbara Ginn, Cincinnati Adoption Attorney
I am an adoption attorney located on the east side of Cincinnati. I am a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (also called "Quad A" and "AAAA"), as well as a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association and the Hamilton County Law Library.
In my career, I represent birth parents, prospective adoptive parents, and local private adoption agencies. My vocational experience includes interstate (ICPC) adoption; contested adoption, re-finalization of international adoption (as well as registrations of foreign births); private agency adoption, independent adoption, family member adoption and adult adoption. My practice lies primarily in Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties, but I accept representation throughout the State of Ohio.
Additionally, I enjoy my work with the Volunteer Lawyer's Project and ProKids, where I accept pro bono appointments in the area of adoption law (probate court) as well as appointments representing children alleged to be abused (juvenile court).
I earned my Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2006, graduating a semester early. I earned my undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2003.
I am active in my home church, Eastside Christian Church. My husband Jeff and I are licensed foster parents. We enjoy spending our free time with our (loud and fun) children! We adopted one child from foster care and are in the midst of adopting from foster care again.
Foster care and adoption are huge passions of mine. If you are interested in learning more about foster care or adoption, please call me at Ginn Law Office, LLC today at 513-873-1889 for a free telephone consultation! You are also welcome to email me at [email protected]
